• HISTORIC

It is worth recalling a little of the history of the State Environmental Education Meetings. There is still a lot to be done to take root in Environmental Education in the State and the 5th State Meeting of Environmental Education will be a moment of reunion with loved ones, affectionate hugs and strengthening of environmental educators who organize themselves in networks to seek a sustainable society .

• ORGANIZATION AND PARTNERSHIPS

The São Paulo Environmental Education Network – REPEA, created in 1992, is an articulation between environmental educators, researchers, entities and institutions whose purpose is to share information, experiences and actions aimed at Environmental Education, promoting its qualification and strengthening in the State. Each member is the links , which are organized locally in the Water Resources Management Units - UGRHIs, following the division criteria of the Hydrographic Basins.

The organization of the meeting also counts on the important contribution of the Federal University of São Paulo - Unifesp, through its Sustainability Chair, the Interinstitutional Commission for Environmental Education of São Paulo - CIEA-SP, and the Open University of the Environment and Culture of Peace - ONEPEACE.

The links involved in the organization of the V EEEA are from the Capital, Greater ABC, the coast and the interior, thus covering a large part of the regions of the State.
